Definitely should be option No 4, curved roofs using standing seam copper covering for durability and lovely patina. Timber framed construction for lightness, clad in Siberian Larch boarding( see Suffolk Yacht Harbour offices or Royal Harwich Yacht Club) Windows and doors in double glazed aluminium RAL coloured windows and doors. Building size seems to be reasonable, and more chairs and tables can be sited outdoors in reasonable weather. Please do not skimp on materials quality even if it takes a little longer to raise the funds.
